What keeps them apart usually isn't talent, or fit. It's cost. Really getting to know someone takes time and money, and AI has only deepened the flood — more applications, less attention, real people flattened into keywords while companies retreat to the same safe, familiar names. So we set out to tear that wall down.

We're not here for recruiters, and we're not here for candidates. We're here for the moment they find each other.
Free isn't a trial or a tactic; it's the whole belief. Cost is what makes a company say "only the safe bets" — take it away, and they can finally say "let's give everyone a real chance." We keep the lights on through optional extras. The screening itself stays free. Always.
