The honest answer
Will it send weak applications?
No. Every application needs a 78% match or higher, and you can raise that minimum. Jobs below your minimum never get an automatic application, and the daily limit is 10. Some days there are fewer matching jobs, and a match does not guarantee a reply.

- Do I need to approve each application?
- No. After you turn it on, Auto-apply sends applications automatically within your settings.
- Can I exclude my current employer?
- Yes. Add its name or email domain to your hide list. That same list covers Get Discovered and Proactive Outreach.
- Does it apply to jobs outside Flowmingo?
- No. Auto-apply sends your CV to matching jobs on Flowmingo.
- Can I turn it off?
- Yes. You can turn Auto-apply off at any time, and new applications stop.
- Where can I see my applications?
- Your application tracker shows every application and its status.
