You read the exact email before anything goes out, but we choose the receiving companies by job match — so it can reach your own employer if they are hiring your job. Job hunting quietly? Switch on the introduction and leave outreach off.
Do emails go out without me?
Only with Proactive Outreach on. Private Introduction never sends anything. With outreach on, you read the exact email and set how many send a day; we interrupt you only when someone replies.
Is it really free?
Yes. Uploading your CV, the matching, the introductions and the outreach are all free for candidates. Optional prep and career-feedback tools exist if you ever want them — nothing on this page needs them.
Do I need an account?
To read a job posting, no. To let companies find you, or to send outreach, yes — that is where the switches live.
Can I turn it off?
