What happens after I complete my interview?

The system says I have exceeded the number of interview attempts. How can I proceed?
If you receive this error, please try completing the interview again using a different email address. Please note that all future communications regarding your application, including results, will be sent to this new email address.

No. This email is not your interview result or an indication of your hiring status. It is an automated welcome message sent to everyone who interacts with the Flowmingo platform. You will receive this message if you have either: 1. Signed up as a recruiter/hiring manager to use our platform, OR 2. Completed an interview as a candidate (for any company). This message is simply to welcome you to the Flowmingo community and is completely separate from the hiring decision of the company you applied to. For updates on your application, please wait to hear from the hiring team directly.
Can I get a do-over or a retake of my interview?
In most cases, we are not able to offer do-overs or retakes of interviews. This is to ensure a fair and consistent process for all candidates. However, if you experienced a significant technical issue that prevented you from completing your interview, please contact our support team to explain the situation.
