Can I manage several clients in 1 account?

Can my client see a candidate's contact details?
Not on a client link. It shows initials only and hides contact details and the CV.
Does my client need a Flowmingo account?
No. The client link opens in any browser, with no login.
Can candidates see only our brand?
Yes, when you sponsor the session: $0.49 per candidate on Free. Otherwise Flowmingo appears beside your brand.
Do candidates hear from Flowmingo?
Candidates whose CV you evaluate get a free CV evaluation of their own, without your criteria, scores or decision. On Growth it carries your brand, or you switch it off.
Can I limit what each recruiter sees?
Yes. Members see only the projects you give them; Admins and Owners see all.
Does it replace our agency CRM?
Flowmingo covers screening, interviews and the candidate pipeline. Send results to your CRM through the API or webhooks, free on every plan.
How soon do we have a shortlist?
