Your AI screening suite
A CV never shows you the work. Interview them, score their CV, test the hard skills and the code, watch them walk through a real project, or put them in the scene. Use one or use them all on every applicant, and more are coming. You get one ranked shortlist instead of a stack of PDFs.
The AI plays the buyer, the client or the angry caller, and the candidate has to handle the scene — objections, awkward silences and all. For sales, support and service roles, how someone behaves in the moment tells you far more than how they describe themselves.
A conversation, not a form
A structured interview that adapts to each answer and follows up where it matters — run at scale, in 60+ languages, on any device.
Tell me about a time you had to rebuild a rota at short notice — what did you change first?
Every résumé read and scored
Each CV is read against your must-haves and scored — so nobody good gets buried, and you start from a ranked list instead of the first 20 PDFs you happened to open.
Proof, not claims — proctored end to end
Multiple-choice skills tests in one of the most locked-down test runtimes we could build: camera, microphone and screen monitored, copy-paste blocked, and every tab switch taking time off the clock.
They walk you through their real work
Candidates share their screen and present actual work — a portfolio, a campaign, a design file, a debugging session, how they use AI. For roles where the work is the proof, watching beats reading.
Real code, run and scored in the browser
Coding questions the candidate writes, runs and submits in the browser, scored automatically against tests they never see. Nothing to install on their side, and what comes back is a program that either works or doesn't.

Match the method to the role
A developer should write code. A designer should walk you through the work. A support hire should handle a real conversation. Pick the mix per role — and because every method is free, you're never choosing based on budget.
Test the fundamentals first. Then let them screen-share how they debug, how they structure a codebase, and how they actually use AI.
A portfolio link shows the output. A walkthrough shows the thinking — what they chose, what they discarded, and why. That's the part you're actually hiring.
An angry customer, a price objection, a shift that fell apart. Ask them how they handled it and let the interview follow the answer — you hear the judgement, not a rehearsed line.
Thousands of applicants, dozens of openings. Every CV gets read and ranked, every applicant gets a real interview — without your team reading a single résumé by hand.
When a skill isn't negotiable, don't take their word for it. Proctored end to end — camera on, screen shared, leaving the tab costs time, pasting blocked.
Mix them however the role demands. There's no per-method fee, no per-candidate fee, and no cap on how many candidates you interview, so the only question is what you actually need to see.
Most tools make you pick one method and pay for it. Here, the whole toolkit is on the table for every role.
Languages
Pick the languages you'll accept for each role. Candidates answer in the one they actually think in — and you read the scored report in yours.
Set "Allowed languages" per role — it's a setting on every assessment.
Included, not bolted on
Every assessment a candidate completes lands on one profile, in one board you actually run your hiring from — stages you define, drag-and-drop, scores and statuses at a glance, notes and ratings from your team, and search across everyone you've ever screened.
It's a real applicant tracking system, not a lite add-on to make the free tier look bigger. Most teams pay $800/mo for this part alone.
Drag a candidate between stages — or press and hold on a phone. This board is live.

Our model
We sell optional add-ons, things a candidate can buy for their own career and things a company can buy to make the platform more powerful. Screening is never rate-limited, and nothing is held back to push anyone there, apart from how long one assessment can run, which depends on your plan.
For companies. Not a trial, not a teaser, no card.
Never required to screen candidates.
Never required to apply or be considered.
A company that never upgrades is still a customer we want. Same for a candidate who never buys a thing.

Three events go out the moment they happen: email status, interview progress, evaluation results. Every payload is HMAC-signed. Keys you issue let your systems call in the other direction.
Evaluation results post the moment they finish. No export, no CSV. Signed webhook, your endpoint.
The candidate never gets typed in twice. One API call, one key you issued.

Two optional ways. Candidates can choose to buy their own prep and career-feedback tools (never required — and our AI grader is blind to who paid). And companies who want more power or their own branding can upgrade to Flowmingo Pro. The core screening stays free, always.
Yes. AI Interviews, Tests and Role-Play run in the browser on a phone or a laptop, with nothing to install. Showcase records the screen, so it runs on a laptop or desktop. You send a link; candidates complete it on their own time, and AI Interviews run in 60+ languages.
No. Flowmingo includes a full ATS if you want one, but nothing requires you to use it. Paste the assessment link into the email your ATS already sends, invite candidates through the API, or have results posted back to your own systems by signed webhook. Your existing ATS keeps being the place you track candidates.
Because fair, high-quality hiring tools shouldn't be locked behind enterprise pricing. Our model lets us serve every team, from a solo HR manager to a global recruiting operation, without ever charging you to screen a candidate.
