The AI grader doesn't know who paid. Every answer is scored against your rubric the same way — there is no favouritism for candidates who used any optional tool, and no different treatment for buyers. A stronger answer earns a stronger score; the payment itself buys nothing from the algorithm.
Everyone gets the full experience for free. No candidate pays to take the interview or skill test, there is no cap on how many you screen, and no candidate is ever required to buy anything. The optional tools are genuinely extras.
