Summary: If you choose to participate in the Data Contribution Program, we may offer you a benefit (such as a free interview evaluation/report or a discount) in exchange for your permission to use and share a de-identified/pseudonymised copy of your interview data for AI development and evaluation purposes.
Some privacy laws require additional transparency when a company offers a benefit in exchange for a person's permission to use or share their personal information. This notice explains the incentive we offer, how to participate, and how to withdraw.
If you opt in to the Data Contribution Program, Flowmingo may provide the following benefit:
You can still complete your interview without opting in. Participation is voluntary.
If you opt in, the data covered by the program may include your interview recording (audio and/or video, depending on what was collected), transcript (if generated), limited technical/quality metadata, and general non-identifying interview context. Details are described in the Consent & Release (A2).
You opt in by completing the program consent flow and selecting "I consent" (or similar). If you do not opt in, you will not receive the program benefit described in Section 2.
You can withdraw from the program at any time by contacting us at compliance@flowmingo.ai. After we confirm your request, we will stop including your data in future dataset releases where reasonably feasible. If your data has already been shared or used to develop models, it may not be technically feasible to remove its influence from models or materials already created.
Effect on the benefit: If you withdraw after receiving the benefit, we may disable future program benefits tied to your participation. We will not penalize you in your job application process for withdrawing, and your choice will not be shown to the hiring company.
The value of the program benefit is based on a reasonable, good-faith estimate of the value of the data in this program, considering factors such as:
We periodically review and may update the incentive value and methodology. Any updates apply going forward.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Your decision to opt in or not opt in will not affect your ability to complete the interview or be considered by the hiring company.
